regarding the TT at 15:00: In basic SSS minraises are regarded as limpers. Shouln't one treat this the same way even if playing with stats?#2
xarry2, 08-09-15 08:47
as soon as we have stats we can adjust to our opponent. so, if we adjust to him we often get a higher profit as if we only played according to a global strategy which never includes individual information about my opponent. so thats what I tried. adjusting my game in order to get a higher EV by using all the information I have a bout my opponent.#3

Regarding the TT again... There are only 14 handw on the opponent. So shouldn't we consider those stats a bit dubious?#6

Very nice vid thank you. About the AJo push at around 26:00. You name a number of hands with which the opponent shouldn't call, and of which we are ahead. However it's a loose opponent; doesn't this mean that there is a good chance he will call even though he shouldn't? And shouldn't we therefore reconsider going all-in with a trash hand against a loose opponent?#10
xarry2, 09-01-13 23:26
thx :) I think I added that if he calls with AT or KQ we'll be ahead and he's making a big mistake. definetely we have less foldequity against a loose player. but often this is compensated by a looser floprange. if we e.g. play against a 10 VPIP player in this spot I don't like to push. why? since his range hardly ever contains worse hands or hands he'll fold. whereas a 40 vpip player will maybe call the flop with much more hands than the tight one. but he'll simply have so many other worse hands than our AJ in this spot. if he folds the its nice. if he calls these worse hands its even better.always try to figure out a range for your opponent depending on stats/reads and action. then try to evaluate how its best to play your holding against this range.
